What is SUPPORT? One definition is: to undergo or endure,
esp. with patience or submission; tolerate.
That is not MVIsolutions definition. We believe support is
a crucial element in our industry. Lack of support can be
crippling to a business regardless of size. From the smallest
website to the largest corporation, support is vital.
Another definition for support is: assist in performance.
That is the one we like at MVIsolutions.
That is where MVIsolutions comes in. We have worked hard to
develop a support system for our clients. We understand how
crucial it is to get the help you need, when you need it.
Support can be a simple part of solving a problem when it
is readily available but when it isn’t, it can be a
source of stress, frustration and leaves you questioning your
resources.
We’ve all heard the stories, how long the hold time
was, how the representative was of no assistance, how you
got disconnected after holding and had to call back. It seems
to be a hot issue lately.
Have you ever called for support and held, and held, and held
some more, not for seconds or even a few minutes, but for
an outrageous amount of time? That is where the stress comes
in, followed shortly thereafter by the frustration. Then finally
you reach someone who you quickly realize totally unfamiliar
with your issue, who then says they must transfer you to someone
“more qualified” to handle the problem, only to
hold, and hold, and hold some more.
Have you ever used a company’s e-mail support system?
They promise fast responses but you never receive an answer
and if you do it is days in the coming? Leaving you stranded
with no help.
MVIsolutions has struggled with support ourselves. We have
needed support from vendors at times and have become frustrated
with the level of response we have received. Over the years
we have made solving the support issue a high priority.
Thanks to our newest product, Full Spectrum CRM, we have implemented
a system to handle our support issues in the most efficient
ways possible. Leaving a customer stranded for hours at a
time is not an option. Our support line is usually answered
immediately by someone you already know, not someone in another
country. If it’s not able to be answered right away
you can leave a message, and the appropriate person to handle
your issue will call back within one hour.
However, we would like to encourage all our customers to use
our support e-mail service. The e-mail is monitored constantly
and forwarded to the person who is best able to handle them
the most efficiently and you will receive a message back stating
how your problem was resolved. If the issue is deeper than
a quick fix, you will receive a telephone call to discuss
it.
