Multil Level Marketing To New level
Heavens Therapy is a multi-level marketing company that specializes in 2 separate but equal divisions: an MLM division and a Cart Ownership division. The website we created allows both divisions to shop online and to view reports of sales and commissions.
The MLM portion of the website has a standard multi-level marketing interface that allows consultants to create parties, earn commission off downline sales, email members, view reports, and shop online.
The cart owner portion of the website is comprised of 2 sections for sales people and cart owners. Cart owners (people who own kiosks in malls) will shop online and the sales people will earn commission on cart owner sales. Sales people and cart owners are able to view reports, view commissions, and email other members.

MVI Solutions developed an electronic registry that allows visitors to sign up as customers within the site and maintain a list of emergency contacts. Members are able to add, edit and delete any data they have entered, including emergency contact information and child information.
The administrator can manage members (searching by key fields such as member number or name), set up company incentives and run various reports.
Emergency personnel can come to the site in the case of an emergency and search/find members by member ID and be able to navigate to the appropriate list of emergency contacts for the selected member. The web display provides direct navigation to each member's emergency contacts (Primary/Co/Child Members) within a membership.

Goldman Sachs
Goldman Sachs needed a special tool from us - one that would save their company a lot of time by visiting web pages on Ebay.com in a number of languages and gathering data. Previously, someone had spent hours gathering this data by visiting each page and recording the results. Our custom product now performs this task in less than 5 minutes! When MemberScript came to us, they had a good product which they wanted to improve upon to offer their target market, membership subscription websites, a more affordable, feature-packed solution than the prevailing giant. MVI has developed a system that allows teleradiologists the capability of creating reports on studies, from the comforts of their home. Our program allows for studies that are fed to the user via JAVA and XML to be reviewed and reported against. These reports assist in patient diagnosis and allow doctors the freedom to review their patients conditions from any web-enabled location. Empowered with these capabilities, the radiologist can provide timely reports on the patient thus expediting their care. Additionally, our program has advanced reporting capabilities for system management as well as billing.

This program allows its members to enroll with the site, and be part of a genealogy tree which they can manage directly through the site. Why and How to Outsource
Whether you listen to official American business statistics or the guy down the street who used to work for IBM, you seem to hear the same story everywhere today - information-technology jobs are shifting overseas at a very high rate.
Software writing jobs are rapidly moving offshore. The Internet has made doing business around the world easier, so for an American technology company to outsource some programming overseas isn't as hard as it used to be.
A prime example of this new technology model is MVI Solutions, a Florida company that creates programs, software, application, and database-driven solutions. MVI Solutions was one of the early innovators, utilizing outsourcing since its inception in 1999. "We had two strategies for developing software early on," says Jeff Douglas, President of MVI Solutions. "We used in-house programmers for some projects and overseas outsourcing for others. It quickly became obvious that the overseas route had a lot of advantages."
The benefits for MVI Solutions's customers were large, according to Jon DeLuca, the company's CEO. "Pretty soon, we developed this great reputation - our customers couldn't believe how much work we got done for the prices we were charging. We were just saving so much from outsourcing that we were able to price low and still be profitable."
MVI Solutions has survived and grown by having a strong staff of in-house project managers who work with its customers to create solution models, then outsource much of the programming work to coders around the globe. While its competition closed down during the dot com bust, MVI Solutions grew and expanded its applications and customers by offering state of the art software at competitive prices. Typically MVI Solutions saves its clients a lot of money by utilizing the cost advantages of hiring offshore developers, who can cost 20% to 40% of American labor.
The question for owners of regular American companies is how to take advantage of these cost savings. Managers realize that there is a cost savings to outsourcing programming work overseas; but many companies who have tried the experiment of overseas technology outsourcing have failed miserably. Small to medium sized companies, whose budgets are tightest and so have the most to gain from outsourcing, have had the greatest difficulty pulling it off successfully.
"It's hard to do," according to Douglas. "It took us about two years to really perfect the model. Until you actually manage 100 to 200 outsourced technology projects, you won't learn how to do it properly. Small to medium sized companies don't do anywhere near that level of technology initiatives so they never learn the right way to outsource. That's why so many of our new customers who call us say - 'I needed to get this application programmed - a few months ago I hired this company from India to save money but it didn't work out. Can you help me?' We hear it all the time."
Outsourcing technology development is, in fact, fraught with pitfalls. How do you know the overseas company you are hiring is qualified? How to you get the outsourced team to understand your business so they develop the solution properly? How do you solve the communication problems given the time zone differences? Once the application is complete, who supports the technology? How do you quickly implement program improvements?
For a non-IT company, the best bet is often to hire a company like MVI Solutions to complete the technology project.

Outsourcing is, of course, wonderfully beneficial for the US economy. While the job loss to programmers is painful, a recent report circulated in the management consultant field said outsourcing helps US companies become more profitable and cut prices to consumers. On the whole, across the US economy, the gains outweigh the losses.
For American programmers who wish to stay in their field, the picture isn't entirely bleak, provided they are willing to learn new skills. "Programming jobs in particular are moving overseas, but not all technology jobs," notes Douglas. "Programmers who want to stay behind a computer and never talk to a customer will become a dying breed in the U.S. But for programmers who want to take on roles as project leaders, sales consultants, managers, and cutting-edge technology innovators, there will be growing opportunities."

Evidence
It's all over the proverbial map. Production is up - jobs are more available - earnings are up- the stock market is up, things must be better. Everyone's careful not to raise expectations too much, and every CEO seems paralyzed by the fear of calling a recovery.
Smart people trust the facts. The Bureau of Economic Affairs says investment in information technology gained 15 percent in the third quarter. Not too shabby. Actually, if you make price adjustments, the real number might be closer to 20 percent.
What To Expect
Sure, the tech sector grew last quarter, they say, but how long will it last? There might be a ton of pent-up demand out there, but then again, that 15 percent quarter might have been all she wrote.
Why not just be brave enough and honest enough to admit that things are getting better? If it doesn't last -- well, we'll make do somehow.
There's no shame in being an optimist. In fact, it was rather popular not too long ago.

MVI Solutions completes Office Supply e-commerce shopping cart of over 30,000 products.
Recently, MVI Solutions took on the task of building a fully functional e-commerce shopping cart for a product line of over 30,000 office supply, technology, and office furniture products. In order to build the shopping cart, MVI Solutions utilized PHP as the server side scripting language and MySQL as the back-end database. While there are a huge number of products to manage, MVI Solutions was able to build a database conversion program, which allows updates to be made to the product line quickly and easily. MVI Solutions Develops Educational Software
Several months ago, MVI Solutions was contacted by an organization with a unique purpose. This organization, known as Hi Tek Learning System, was a government funded program which offered education to under privileged children. Their primary focus was in providing basics of aviation to children who otherwise wouldn't normally be exposed to that type of training.
MVI Solutions was brought in because the need for a scalable, robust web-based application seemed more necessary than ever before. Hi Tek was expanding into multiple states. With that growth, the management of the information flow became key. MVI Solutions spent the next several months designing a complete management suite that would allow Hi Tek the flexibility to expand and manage their organization at a level which they previously could not.

Latin Pop Sensation Donato Poveda chooses MVI Solutions for Full Content Management and E-Commerce Website.
The name Donato Poveda might not be familiar to everyone in the United States, but he is one of the biggest stars in Latin America. He was famous in the duo Donato y Estefano, and shortly after launching his solo career he was nominated for Best Latin Pop Album at this year's Grammy Awards.

MVI Solutions Completes Web Training Program for Miami Dolphins
The NFL powerhouse Miami Dolphins are merciless to their opponents on the football filed, but when it comes to giving back to the community, they're all heart. The organization uses its powerful image in South Florida to support a variety of good causes.
Recently the Dolphins teamed up with MVI Solutions to put out a web-based application to help young people improve their scores on the FCAT, an achievement test given to all Florida students to measure their progress at various stages of their education.
MVI Solutions started with its powerful PHP web-based training application designed for businesses, and modified it to create a more youth-friendly look and feel. The session starts off with an entertaining video featuring TD, the Dolphins team mascot. The students are then led into a series of questions that resemble the kind they would actually receive on the test. Upon completing the test successfully, the student receives a certificate of achievement.
The educational software was designed with maximum flexibility to allow for individualized student-teacher interaction. For example, teachers can set the difficulty level of the questions as appropriate for the student. In addition, the instructor can adjust the relative proportions of verbal versus mathematic questions depending on where each individual student needs more practice.
Since the application is on the Internet, the student can take the practice tests at any time and at any location. The program automatically scores the test and keeps the results online for the teacher to review at any time.
One unique twist to this program is that the system comes to the instructor with hundreds of prepared math and verbal questions in it; the subject of the questions is usually information about the Dolphins team and players. Since this content is of more interest to many students than typical textbook questions, they are more enthusiastic about using the software and practicing their skills. Of course, if desired, the instructor can add additional questions to the ones that come with the application.
